Monica Engler is Senior Vice President, Controller for BLUEFIN. Engler joined the company in September 2009 as a member of its senior management team at BLUEFIN’s Denver office. She has more than 34 years of experience in accounting, 25 years of experience as a controller, and 20 years of experience in facility asset management accounting.
In Engler’s role, she is responsible for all accounting functions, forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, general business management, human resources, and compliance. She has developed consistent quality measures encompassing requirements development, testing, and delivery. Engler ensures all projects are executed in compliance with scope requirements and are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This effort entails routine verification and review procedures including conducting project-specific quality control reviews of submittals, reports, system documentation, and other deliverables. Engler earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut. In her free time, Engler enjoys being a supporter of Longhopes Donkey Shelter.
