Kahleb Carradine is Director of Operations, IT Technology and Product Manager for BLUEFIN. Carradine works effectively with all project stakeholders to perform data management, corrections, and quality control to ensure the best possible service for each client. Carradine joined BLUEFIN in October 2012 at its Denver office as Project Support Specialist and moved into Field Surveyor, Field Team Leader, and Production Manager. After more than six years in roofing and project management and nearly three years in paving and building envelope both in and out of the field, Carradine knows what it takes to plan strategically for revenue, invoicing, technology and software development. It’s about being an effective leader on a day-to-day basis and helping skilled workers further develop in their roles.

Carradine has implemented new technologies across BLUEFIN’s network of offices and field teams throughout the United States and achieved consistent results. He’s currently leading the new development of BLUEFIN’s data platform to enhance user experience. Carradine holds certifications in OSHA 10, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Lead Renovator, First Aid and CPR. He earned the Small Business Management and Startup certificate from Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado. Outside of BLUEFIN, he volunteers at Habitat for Humanity and works on home improvement projects.
