Barbara Wilt, RRO is a Client Success Manager for BLUEFIN. Wilt, a former Command Structural Engineer for the United States Air Force and former BLUEFIN client, joined the company as Director of Project Management in September 2015 at its mid-Atlantic location. She later became Director of Federal Programs before her current position. Wilt collaborates with clients and a wide variety of BLUEFIN staff to ensure completion of project management activities, new account generation, and account retention. She has initiated and managed relationships with clients such as Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Joint Base San Antonio, the United States Coast Guard, Fort Hood, and Mountain Home Air Force Base.

In her role, Wilt is responsible for new business development and sales, current client and project management, and sales and project administration. After 37 years of project management, structural engineering, design, construction management, and 12 years of roofing experience, Wilt knows what it takes to implement a sound strategy to support existing and newly developed accounts reach their business objectives. It’s how well you can collaboratively problem-solve with honest communication and effectively interact at all levels of an organization for positive project outcomes.

Wilt earned her Masters of Engineering Administration from George Washington University and her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Virginia and Delaware and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). She just recently earned her Registered Roof Observer (RRO) certification.
